If an employee has suffered an injury at work that leads to an impairment of his or her wage earning capacity, the employee may be entitled to Worker’s Compensation benefits.  There are three primary benefits:  Wage Loss Benefits, Medical Benefits and Vocational Rehabilitation Benefits.
